Glasshouse Event space, overlooking the Hudson, city skyline, and horizon all at once, had a spectacular sunset party last week! Panoramically equipped with exquisite catering, light production, artful floral décor, and deep house DJ, t’was fun getting lost in it all. With terraces extending into the river, city and air– this gorgeous venue boasts multiple rooms, diverse design, and chic furnishing. It’s definitely designed to accommodate all size events and gatherings.
Let’s certainly not forget the fractals galore! Fractal patterns repeatedly transposed along walls, ceiling and floor reminded attendees of the intricacies underlying life’s every moment, interaction and synapse.
Attendees’ eye, taste palates, ears and dancing feet were beyond aroused and stimulated. DJ span deep house and techno amid colorful light tessellations; everyone spun, hopped, and grooved in the most expansive event enclave for miles. Exotic floral arrangements concaved meringue ceviche, Asian aperitivos, and tropical fruits spreads, amid sprawling bars and dessert bouquet. The 7-layer crepe-caviar champagne cake was my absolute favorite; you could feel the folds of the savory thick crepe tenderizing your tongue in foil to popping caviar buds. Elderberry infused cocktails, smiley servers, and patrons eager to mingle alongside sublime city and water views, Glasshouse should be one everyone’s radar for your next event.
